How to Order
Ordering is a simple and risk free process.
Once you have a quote from us that is acceptable, the first step is to email or fax us your invoice and delivery address along with your artwork.
Artwork
We use CoralDrawX3 and Illustrator CS to produce artwork ready for printing.
If you already have your artwork in vector format ready to send to us the following file formats are best .cdr .ai .pdf and .eps. However we do accept other file formats.
If you are sending .cdr or .ai files then if possible please send through a pdf too so that we can check there has been no losses in the artwork such as missing exterior files.
If you have uncommon fonts in your artwork please could you create outlines or convert to curves.
If you have your artwork in a bitmap or raster format such as a .jpg then it might need to be converted into vector format for screen printing. We can digitally print bitmap files but they do need to be high resolution (this is a minimum of 400 pixels at the output size) to get a good quality print.
If you are unsure about your artwork just send it to us and we will advise you appropriately.
If you don't have any artwork but have an idea of what you want then just let us know and we can create it for you.
We always send you a digital proof in the form of a pdf for your approval before we go to print.
Any artwork that we do for you may incur an artwork charge.
We will then email you a copy of your order. This enables you to double check that everything is to your expectations. The order will specify any special request such as special colour matching or finishing.
We then prepare the artwork ready for printing and will email you a PDF proof for your approval.
Only once you are happy with the proof will we go to print.
When the goods are ready for dispatch we will send you an email informing you that they are on the way. As all our goods are sent by courier, it is possible to track the progress of your delivery.
We maintain physical copies of all work we have delivered and electronic versions of the artwork. Therefore re-ordering is a simple process. Just pick up the phone and we will do the rest.
Payment is made prior to delivery on all first orders. You may of course arrange for a 30 day account to be set-up for all future orders.
